IT Recruiter - Technical Recruiter Compunnel Employee Review

Hi, I am been working here for the last 4 years and I feel the Upper Management is very supportive and have vast practical knowledge. All managers are highly experienced and are made managers as they deserve and have achieved the stage by hard work. Every where you work you have pressure and I have yet not come across a company which pays salaries and incentives for nothing. I would say the management is good, the managers are supportive and Compunnel has the best incentive structure as compared to others.
