Poor management, salaries and personal development. - 'Role Model' individuals promoted well above their ability, with unbelievable arrogance and the resulting culture is toxic. - When good people are frustrated and leave, they are swiftly replaced by inexperienced, and cheap!, graduates who have modelled themselves on the over-promoted dross. - Sales and service/delivery friction is developing - Within the sales function, people are remunerated, and therefore motivated, in very different ways, from Client Directors to Account Managers to Sales Specialists. This leads to an inconsistent approach which is often visible to clients
