Pros

Since moving over to ComputaCenter in 2015 from a previous employer I can't actually think of a zero PRO for this company.

Cons

- Holiday is never approved as no cover is available despite a pool of Engineers being available - Age discrimination, don't work here if you're a young adult. - Pay is below average - Unfair bonuses - No recognition - No training despite promises made - Unreasonable deadlines and too much pressure put on individuals - Unfair workload, used as a lag to do the dirty work. - Huge pay differences between colleagues despite the same role being fulfilled - Despite being a member of MIND Charity they often refuse doctors and other appointments without good reason. - Lack of equipment provided to fulfill the role to the best of ability - Expected to cover shifts, staff and attend meetings at zero notice. - Management constantly take but no return is given. - Overtime isn't paid or re-reimbursed.

Pros

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re pleased to hear that you value the pay and job title, but it’s disappointing to read that your experience with training and support has not met expectations. Starting in a new environment without clear guidance can be challenging, particularly in a technical role where structure and consistency are important. Your comments around the need for more effective onboarding, clearer instruction, and better support are important. We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter. We also take seriously your point about how mistakes are handled. A supportive culture should ensure that people are guided constructively, especially while they are still learning. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience we provide
