      Very people focused and a lot of work goes into ensuring that all departments work collaboratively as possible to ensure effective customer services and products are achievable, not only for external but also for internal customers!

      Head count per line manager doesn't always stay within guide lines.

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Cons

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Pros

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      Cons

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
