Pros

There are plenty of training opportunities, or on the job/in role learning opportunities, working with some very good people. You can gain great experience through exposure to a varied and interesting customer base. If you put the effort in, and are a self starter, there can be some good recognition for your services to the company as well.

Cons

CC is very sales centric; the bottom line is the bottom line. Consequently the customers are always put first, with employees coming in (a close) second. Mostly this is a personal thing, some prefer this, other want a different corporate feel. It's somewhat subtle, because there are good opportunities to be had, but it has an impact on the feel within the organisation. The personal other point when considering working for a company like CC is you are the product. This also has an effect on the company culture, and is important to consider if you have a background with a vendor for example.

Pros

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re pleased to hear that you value the pay and job title, but it’s disappointing to read that your experience with training and support has not met expectations. Starting in a new environment without clear guidance can be challenging, particularly in a technical role where structure and consistency are important. Your comments around the need for more effective onboarding, clearer instruction, and better support are important. We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter. We also take seriously your point about how mistakes are handled. A supportive culture should ensure that people are guided constructively, especially while they are still learning. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience we provide
