Pros

I've worked in a number of departments at CC over my 16 years with the Company. Management is good for a company of its size. I've always found my own manager/s to be supportive, even when health challenges have hit. There is an expectation that you will commit to the company values and occasionally will be requested to work outside of normal working hours, or away from your region but on the flip side if I have need time off, for medical, last minute arrangements it has never been declined. One of the great things about working for CC is the team spirit. My colleagues are like family, we band together to resolve issues. Management have employee forums to enable open communications from Employees to senior management

Cons

A small amount of local mangers could do with some training in some regions. Car Scheme is well below other companies unless you are on mycar1 Over engineering processes and badly designed tools result in duplication for reporting. Some tooling improvements have been seen but new systems do not link up so duplication.

Pros

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re pleased to hear that you value the pay and job title, but it’s disappointing to read that your experience with training and support has not met expectations. Starting in a new environment without clear guidance can be challenging, particularly in a technical role where structure and consistency are important. Your comments around the need for more effective onboarding, clearer instruction, and better support are important. We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter. We also take seriously your point about how mistakes are handled. A supportive culture should ensure that people are guided constructively, especially while they are still learning. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience we provide
