yes- ok - there is a development program . and it is ok eventually. salary is on time.
Cons
one of the most amatuer management that exists. there is only the British culture of " don't tell me anything- i will tell you because i know better than you" not flexible at all when it comes to listening to innovative ideas very closed networks amongst the operations and senior management- which means that if they don't like you -you are doomed and not from the professional approach.also the management closed social networks- are also determining how your everyday life will look like in the company. this leads to burnouts . seems very bias when it comes to decision making and lacking proper objective judgment and professionalism. wrong people in the wrong positions. work life balance proved to be terrible. not competitive at all when all IT companies locally are promoting better flexibility in working hours\home office- than this company. stay away if you have a better choice of work.
