Pros

Multicultural environment, wide range of interesting projects, nice team leaders, good benefits, salary, sports card, trainings focused on each specified project, free fruits on Mondays, free hot beverages in the kitchen, paid breaks.

Cons

There are a couple of impatient people in the projects who are not much in the mood to train you and treat you well. So you need to struggle hard in order to deal with these people every day, some are really impolite and rude, which ends up unfortunately affecting your concentration and willingness at work. They seriously need to tell their employees how to be aware of politeness, patience and especially empathy towards their coworkers. Once you have those characteristcs, everything tend to flow better in a nice and respectful way since the projects have a huge responsibility behind them.

Pros

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re pleased to hear that you value the pay and job title, but it’s disappointing to read that your experience with training and support has not met expectations. Starting in a new environment without clear guidance can be challenging, particularly in a technical role where structure and consistency are important. Your comments around the need for more effective onboarding, clearer instruction, and better support are important. We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter. We also take seriously your point about how mistakes are handled. A supportive culture should ensure that people are guided constructively, especially while they are still learning. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience we provide
