In terms of salary, we regularly review the market range for the roles we offer and independent research suggests that our salary ranges are either on, or even a bit over the average range. That said, we are aware that there are some organisations in the market that offer higher pay. Our aim is offer a complete package that rewards our employees, focusing not just on pay, but also other aspects of work life. This includes offering a great culture and working environment. This is something that we take pride on at Computacenter. We're surprised to hear that you felt some training was missing, particularly as we regularly receive positive feedback on this from other Glassdoor users. However, we believe in continuous improvement at Computacenter and as a result we do regularly review our learning and developing programme to ensure that meets our employee, business and customer needs.

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
