Pros

Great worklife balance, the opportunity to advance in the company and real accountability to get the job done.

Cons

Benefits fall behind industry standard. Far from diverse workforce and little appetite to address this as an issue. "Jobs for the boys" environment.

Hi, firstly thank you for your comments on Computacenter’s work/life balance and opportunities on offer to advance and progress through the business; these are things we’re very proud of so it’s great to hear that this has been recognised. However, we are sorry to hear that you feel the benefits aren’t up to standard and are concerned that you feel we don’t have a diverse workforce. Diversity and inclusion is something we take very seriously and we are continually looking at ways to improve diversity within the business.

Pros

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re pleased to hear that you value the pay and job title, but it’s disappointing to read that your experience with training and support has not met expectations. Starting in a new environment without clear guidance can be challenging, particularly in a technical role where structure and consistency are important. Your comments around the need for more effective onboarding, clearer instruction, and better support are important. We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter. We also take seriously your point about how mistakes are handled. A supportive culture should ensure that people are guided constructively, especially while they are still learning. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience we provide
