      Pros

      Projects practice a very professional place to learn your trade. I found much more variety of work than I would have done in a customer type environment.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be poor. Staff are expected to put in whatever hours are necessary to cover management failings. Staff expected to drive many miles in their own time to customer sites then put in whatever number of hours are necessary. Management believe their own propaganda - never a good sign.

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Cons

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Pros

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      Cons

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
