Pros

Great place to start your first job at an office, it has great equipment, great teamleaders and team members, clean and modern, they will teach you as long as you need, also they have well detailed tutorials for all the tasks you have to do.

Cons

If you are not there for many years, they will probably fire you and the other beginner co workers if the company thinks they spend too much money on the team (this happens all the time). This means that they will fire some of the beginners to get the costs lower (they wont tell you why did this happen but you can easily find this out if you know how multinational and capitalist companies work).

Pros

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re pleased to hear that you value the pay and job title, but it’s disappointing to read that your experience with training and support has not met expectations. Starting in a new environment without clear guidance can be challenging, particularly in a technical role where structure and consistency are important. Your comments around the need for more effective onboarding, clearer instruction, and better support are important. We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter. We also take seriously your point about how mistakes are handled. A supportive culture should ensure that people are guided constructively, especially while they are still learning. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience we provide
