Pros
It feels like a family company even though its 13k+ employees. There is a strong results-driven culture, which is great if you are ambitious and hard-working. Slackers need not apply. Lots of long term (15-20year) loyalty, which is unusual in IT. The people are great, everyonee really looks out for each other and promotion from within is common-place rather than hiring outsiders. There is a lot of scope for career advancement if that it what you want and there are many ways that the company reward there staff. The best thing about CC is that they treat you on merit, rather than on background.
Cons
The company is led by ex-sales people and there is a big gulf in how sales people and non-sales people in the company are treated. The sales associate scheme (graduate), traditionally focussed on bringing people into sales business, seemed to ignore the fact that talent also lies elsewhere in the business and by ignoring it, and focussing only on the development of sales staff, they are missing a lot of potential talent.
