      The base working culture of this company is very good. Have bonus yearly. Flexible work from home or back office.

      Cons

      Did no properly interview or promote the right person, causing team structure problem. People matter not manage well sometime. Incur some unfair problem sometime. No censor body

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Cons

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Pros

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      Cons

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
