Pros

They respect your schedule, you keep the same unless it is absolutely necessary for it to change. Leadership is managed by experienced people in operations, and they try to establish a professional but kind relationship with their teams.

Cons

Compensations and benefits are low compared to other employers. Senior management needs to really focus on people so they can find more opportunities and envision a career with them. HR could work a lot better, and be 100% clear about the way shift assignation works. There's always a lot going on on other locations, it would be good to see that happening at the Mexico office too.

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
