Pros

The close knit management team is something to be admired, everyone gets along with eachother on that level, and there is complete openness and transparency within that group. The desk workers all get along, there are seldom major disputes, everyone appears content and happy. UK time zone, 8 hour day with no overtime, and workers rotate SA & UK holidays.

Cons

The management team believes in a high turn over of staff, they actually encourage it, which means if you dont like it there, they will make life difficult enough so that you are forced to leave. Much celebration is had by management after the door hits you on the way out. Parking is a nightmare, micro management a happiness killer, clock watching, back stabbing, two facedness, no openness/transparency, kitchen staff treated poorly, UK staff think they are elevated over everyone else, the list goes on..

Pros

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re pleased to hear that you value the pay and job title, but it’s disappointing to read that your experience with training and support has not met expectations. Starting in a new environment without clear guidance can be challenging, particularly in a technical role where structure and consistency are important. Your comments around the need for more effective onboarding, clearer instruction, and better support are important. We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter. We also take seriously your point about how mistakes are handled. A supportive culture should ensure that people are guided constructively, especially while they are still learning. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience we provide
