Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter.
