Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your insights. It's great to hear that you value the people you work with, the networking opportunities, and the training available. We are also excited about the large contracts and future technologies that our team can get involved in. In keeping with our ‘can-do culture’, we empower our employees to drive their development by maximizing the opportunities available within our organisation. This may involve not only attending formal training but also acquiring new skills by working in the different disciplines within their current business area. In some areas of our business, such as Group Professional Services which includes our Project Manager community, there is a system of career pathways. These are designed to highlight the skills, knowledge, training, and experience required to help individuals progress to the next level of their careers. Our people are also encouraged to arrange a Future Focus meeting with their line manager regularly to discuss their career aspirations, areas for personal development, and wellbeing. Thank you again for your feedback. We wish you all the very best for the future.

Pros

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re pleased to hear that you value the pay and job title, but it’s disappointing to read that your experience with training and support has not met expectations. Starting in a new environment without clear guidance can be challenging, particularly in a technical role where structure and consistency are important. Your comments around the need for more effective onboarding, clearer instruction, and better support are important. We recognise that learning by observation alone is not sufficient for everyone, and creating an environment where people feel confident and set up for success is a key part of being a place where people matter. We also take seriously your point about how mistakes are handled. A supportive culture should ensure that people are guided constructively, especially while they are still learning. Thank you again for your honest feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience we provide
