Pros
The company culture is stellar. Everyone is so kind and willing to help or offer support. It's really refreshing. The management listens to employee feedback and really cares. Benefits are great too! Working here I feel like I've found my people!
Cons
The company is growing a lot which is good news, but can mean a large work load at times. It is always worth it though and management really stresses a healthy work life balance which is helpful on the long days. Taking time for self care and rest is encouraged.
