You will receive a paycheck. You will be working with co-workers that understand what you are going through.

Terrible communication with management. Lack of trust from corporate for constant flip-flopping on decisions that effect your employment. Management does not understand the needs of the customer. Company at its best will deliver the minimum to the customer. Benefits packages will have you questioning whether to opt out and save more of your paycheck than pay for medical coverage that will ask you to pay your deductible. The percentage that isn't covered and pay the remainder of what is owed, The deductibles are so high it is more than what you make per paycheck. Your next raise will come with your next employer.
