Pros

Vending machines, plenty of tea bags to drink with, free lunches sometimes

Cons

Management sucks Zero communication Hire/Fire type of company More focus on the bonus they get for how many people they hire. Poor training MAXIMUM LENGTH OF PHONE CALLS ARE NOT TO EXCEED 3 min and 30 sec?! Before QA starts giving you 70% satisfaction on your calls REGARDLESS of what was fixed or accomplished. Unrealistic goals Not flexible on schedules (good luck getting time off) No paid holidays No sick days Terrible health insurance Other call centers have no idea what they are doing so by the time you get a caller they are extremely upset because they cannot get their assets that belong to them because the previous rep forgot to mention what they needed to get everything transferred over.

I am so sorry for your experience while working for us - we value this feedback, and while there are certainly valid perspectives within this, there are a few things that need to be clarified. 1. We do not have a maximum length of time on our phone interactions with customers. 2. Our QA team uses a very rigourous process for rating calls - its used across the company in a consistent way to help deliver a wonderful experience for shareholders. 3. We offer paid time off - you get 3 weeks your first year. 4. We offer 9 paid holidays. 5. Our sick time is part of the PTO plan and of course people use it all the time - we prefer people not be at work when they are ill. 6. We have multiple health insurance options that are designed to meet a variety of needs that can be customized to the individual. 7. We have hundreds of people in our call centers around the US - many have been with us for years and are very competetent. That you may have had a caller who is frustrated is certainly possible, but it isn't necessarily due to someone else's incompetence. Its often the case that people with a less than positive experience use social spaces to vent, and we completely understand that. However, you have made some highly inaccurate statements, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the reality for others considering joining our team.

Pros

Current upper management does not care about employees career progression or well-being in the slightest bit Ability to be stuck in a role for 15 years with a pay raise every few years if the CEO is feeling generous around the holidays after gambling on horses

Cons

It's been noted in many reviews before but there is a lot of language being used in office locations that is ableist, sexist, and racist Re-think office layouts, outdated workflows, and the fact that there are no sick days offered to full-time employees in many countries
