Low salary, weak benefits - Anonymous employee Comscore Employee Review

Thanks for your review, we appreciate it. We're really happy with the centric location of our office in Chicago, as it's really convenient for those coming from the NW Suburbs. We're working continually to give our senior developers opportunities for growth and expanding their reach. We do a yearly review of salary ranges in the market and find that we're very competitive in the regional market there. There are always ways for us to continue to be better, and hence our annual review of these ranges. Regarding layoffs: This year we did make some changes because of the Rentrak integration. While this is never something the company wants to do, we make adjustments that were best for the business going forward.
