Pros

They offered a nice incentive program for transitional employees after an acquisition.

Cons

They attempted to exclude me from making 401k contributions on my final check; thereby excluding me from 401k matching contributions. When I caught them, they over-taxed the final payment. However, in the end, it may have worked out better for me financially.
