Pros

It is an innovative company taking necessary steps to right itself after a bout with not so great leadership. Major competitor in the world of digital audience analysis. The people are smart and invested in the success of the company. Many have been around for years but the company also brings in young talent. Can be a good place to spread your wings if you are aggressive about doing so.

Cons

A lot of smart people sometimes means clashing in an unproductive way, lack of transparency and bitterness. There can be a tendency to silo each other versus working together. It's hard to get a straight answer on the direction in which leadership intends to take the company. However, maybe that will change soon. It's never good to feel unsure. It creates too much tension during the work day. Also, some managers are happy not to present opportunities to grow to subordinates.

Thanks for taking the time to review comScore. We hear you, and this sentiment, loud and clear. Gian, our CEO and the leadership team have been working double-time to help clear up that direction for the employees. With some of the internal "Town Hall" meetings we've had, this is helping to shed some light on that. We know we have some work to do, but we're committed to a one-company vision.

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
