Pros

Good perks - unlimited PTO, summer fridays where you leave at 2, free snacks and soda, good work life balance

Cons

In my experience I had a manger that micro-managed and had zero interest in growing my career. However, I knew managers on other teams that were great. Some teams were really collaborative while others were extremely difficult to work with. Instead of feeling like we were all working towards a collective goal, I frequently felt like teams were competing and pointing fingers. If you're interviewing, I would make sure to figure out if the team/manager has a collaborative mindset.

Thanks for writing this review. We appreciate your candor. One of the major initiatives we have underway internally focuses solely on building managerial skills. This is both for our new managers, as well as experienced managers, as people can always improve. This is good feedback as we continue to shape the training that will be rolling out to managers. We want employees to feel as though they are contributing, and not internally competing. We appreciate this type of feedback. Thank you!

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
