Inconsistent culture (between locations, teams, and managers), current financial situation is concerning and seems to be causing a lot of turnover

Thanks for leaving a review, we appreciate the insight. We've been constantly working to ensure the communication across teams, and as you have probably seen, we've launched several initiatives in order to increase the quality of that communication across teams. We're encouraged by what we're seeing thus far. While the financial situation has been a bit of a hurdle for us, we're making progress on things, and Gian has been keeping the employees up to date. Based on our metrics, we're seeing a pretty flat rate of turnover, but of course, that's something we constantly measure. Thanks also for bringing up the training piece. We just finished a final review of some manager training that is being developed for a launch in Q4/Q1.

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
