Thanks for your review. We agree that we get to work with some very smart people and also believe that it is important to invest in our employees. One of the ways we do that is with our benefits. The HR and Benefits team are continuously looking into new ways to invest in our employees, with some new and exciting things in the works for 2018! We appreciate your remarks on direction and communication. As we begin 2018, our leadership is committed to providing clearer goals for the company and more frequent communication to our employees. We had our first global, companywide meeting of the year earlier this month, in which senior leaders shared their vision and strategy for the upcoming months, and committed to timelines and regular updates on our progress. We feel positive about the future of our business.

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
