Pros

We work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. This is a fast-paced environment and if you are willing to work hard and contribute, you have an almost limitless opportunity to make your mark.

Cons

This is an extremely fast-paced environment. To be successful requires extreme adaptability and flexibility, particularly since the industry as a whole is in a disruptive period.

Thank you for leaving a review. One of the things we love at comScore is that our employees are true subject matter experts, no matter what area they work in. They are passionate about the industry and taking our cross-platform measurement products to the next level. While it is a fast-paced environment, we offer onboarding training and online courses for employees. We believe that this helps our employees feel successful and have a plethora of resources within their reach. Communication is something we agree can be improved, and it is a key focus for us in 2018.

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
