Pros

Free snacks, good location, and big company benefits.

Cons

Game of Thrones atmosphere where each regime brings in their own teams to run the show regardless of actual aptitude. Failure to deliver products to the marketplace and a lack of strategic direction as it relates to the measurement business.

Thank you for the review. We are big Game of Thrones fans here as well, but we don’t think the analogy applies to Comscore and would like to offer a different perspective. To quote Littlefinger, “Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder.” We’re climbing the ladder. We’ve emerged from a tough couple of years, and changes are inevitable – and usually necessary – when you’re turning the ship around. We have a new CEO (Bryan Wiener) and President (Sarah Hofstetter) leading the way, and we have made great strides in defining new strategy, invigorating our product offerings, bringing in strong new talent, and communicating – even when it’s tough – with transparency. 2018 has been a year of hard work and positive momentum, and we look forward to a bright 2019.

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
