Pros

For the most part: - Friendly employees and managers. - Plenty of parking space. - Leadership team seems to care. - Spoiled with food and beverages. - Good pay. - Flexible with emergency life events and work from home due to weather. - Leadership does try to make it easy for employees to report bad behavior. - Company seems to be moving in the right direction.

Cons

In my experience: - The onboarding process was lackluster. I was handed a few pieces of paper with instructions, a laptop, and told to just follow it. - It seemed that having to work over the weekend was the norm for many. It was a common complaint I heard. - Depending on the team, you could end up where training is minimal and reluctantly given (because "sink or swim" is practiced). - Some old-timer employees are really toxic. It seems they get away with it because they're friends with the people that should be getting rid of them. - Team cohesiveness, trust, and respect are inconsistent throughout the board. You can end up on a great team, or one that demoralizes you.

Pros

1. So-called un-limited time-off but never taken into consideration it all depends on how badly they need you, so if you are in a position critical then you have some good time off. 2. They "MIGHT" help you when you need emotional support, but this is not permanent changes with policy. 3. Summer hours availability.

Cons

1. Doesn't match industry level compensation. 2. Communication from the higher ups are always confusing and no clear goals provided. If there is something wrong with the communication between the higher ups you are always responsible even for that. 3. No stock options as they want the flexibility to fire you at anytime. 4. No severance provided until they know you can sue them back. 5. Look out for their quarterly meetings, if they are not doing good in Revenue, then expect layoffs within next few weeks. 6. They always tend to put the blame on lower level employees, when there is a escalation even when its not your fault. Prepare for getting fired if you are especially under a senior who has been with comscore for long + your team have good resource bandwidth.
