Okay place to work but would advice other places - Manufacturing Engineer Comtech Telecommunications Employee Review

boring place to work tbh. a lot of people got laid off due to poor corporate structure and decisions. its been at least 4 years since they gave raises to anyone unless you were very valuable and you were threatening to leave you would get a pay increase. In august is when they gave pay raises, ONLY 2% which doesn't even cover inflation. I'm worse off now than I was a year ago, my buying power is lower because of inflation...
