Pros
The best part about CMDC were the people I worked with. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we had a chance to get to know one another at company events and functions.
Cons
The company started going downhill, financially, after I was there for about 2 years. There were massive layoffs, due to a loss in a contract and the employee morale plummeted. I had 5 bosses during the time I was at the company for only 5 years.
