Pros
Headcount at a bit over 150 makes each employee's contributions visible which results in shared successes and pride. The management team recognizes good team work as well as individual accomplishments. The donuts and fresh fruit on Fridays along with monthly cookouts and communications meetings make for a good environment.
Cons
Some of the business systems (phones/IT) can use updates, though they are still functional.
