Do not work in their Enterprise Data Analytics Platform team. The managers lack domain knowledge and rely on unqualified and incompetent contractors. I was then directed to implement backdoor production code changes that circumvented company security policies for change management processes, allowing their broken production system to continue running and remain a secret. After you submit that to the ethics department and ombudsman, the department managers will fire you before internal investigations end- betting you don’t have $100k to take them to court.
