Pros

Large company has alot of mobility in many areas but you must work for it and prove yourself before any sort of advancement can occur.

Cons

No regular pension for new employees any longer and management benefits have changed in that the retirement age has increased and sick time decreased.

Limited ownership in some projects due to internship scope, but still a valuable learning experience overall.

Pros

- wfh - equipment provided - 2 raises a year

Cons

- very cliquey - OT is only 2 additional hours a day. nothing more - management prioritizes metrics over employees’ wellbeing - zero downtime in between calls. constantly back to back from beginning to end of shift - other depts do not hold their weight, which results in CSR’s having to do twice the work. can/will lead to burnout - union uwua local 1-2 does not advocate for members like they should. they are very cozy with con ed management. will be lackadaisical with member requests
