Pros

- The company serves a very important purpose, and you'll get to work with some talented individuals. - Excellent diversity, including in upper management. - Lots of locations to work out of. - Hybrid work schedule, at least for certain roles.

Cons

- You will be overloaded with work that has nothing to do with your role. - In some cases, you will be assigned work that creates a severe conflict of interests. Raising these conflicts of interests to upper management will get you labeled as someone who is averse to taking on additional responsibility. - Very high turnover. The company does a poor job of keeping up with competitors as far as pay, benefits, and work life balance are concerned. - Burdensome paperwork that adds no value, either from a compliance or operations perspective.

Pros

Strong learning environment with supportive team members and clear guidance from mentors. Great exposure to real-world supply chain and sustainability projects.

Cons

Limited ownership in some projects due to internship scope, but still a valuable learning experience overall.

Pros

- wfh - equipment provided - 2 raises a year

Cons

- very cliquey - OT is only 2 additional hours a day. nothing more - management prioritizes metrics over employees’ wellbeing - zero downtime in between calls. constantly back to back from beginning to end of shift - other depts do not hold their weight, which results in CSR’s having to do twice the work. can/will lead to burnout - union uwua local 1-2 does not advocate for members like they should. they are very cozy with con ed management. will be lackadaisical with member requests
