Pros

Exceptional Work-Life Balance: This company truly prioritizes work-life balance. It's a consistent 9-5 environment, which is fantastic for personal life and avoids burnout. Impactful Work: Despite the laid-back atmosphere, the work itself feels genuinely impactful and contributes meaningfully to the company's goals. Strong 401k Match: Supportive Management & Culture: Managers are generally laid-back and approachable, fostering a comfortable work environment. The culture makes it easy for individuals to shine and take initiative. For those seeking a less high-pressure or intensely challenging role, this company offers a comfortable pace where you can still be productive and make a difference without constant stress.

Cons

Below Market Compensation: The primary drawback is that compensation, particularly base salary, tends to be below market rates. Annual salary increases and the promotion process could definitely use improvement. Opportunities for significant upward mobility and corresponding pay bumps seem infrequent or slow. Average Benefits: While not bad, the overall benefits package is pretty standard and doesn't stand out compared to other companies. Difficulty with Internal Departmental Promotion: It's challenging to get promoted within the same department. Often, the path to promotion requires moving to different departments, which can be undesirable if you enjoy your current role and specialized area.

Pros

- wfh - equipment provided - 2 raises a year

Cons

- very cliquey - OT is only 2 additional hours a day. nothing more - management prioritizes metrics over employees’ wellbeing - zero downtime in between calls. constantly back to back from beginning to end of shift - other depts do not hold their weight, which results in CSR’s having to do twice the work. can/will lead to burnout - union uwua local 1-2 does not advocate for members like they should. they are very cozy with con ed management. will be lackadaisical with member requests
