At ConServe, our employees are our most valuable asset and we thank you for your valued service and commitment to ConServe. We agree that our workforce is a bit spread out, which can create the feeling of some empty space. ConServe currently occupies multiple facilities in Fairport and, as communicated in our monthly “All-Hands” meeting, our Facilities Team is strategically reorganizing to merge and bring all departments and employees together into one state-of-art communication center. In an effort to encourage camaraderie and a healthy team spirit, ConServe consistently acknowledges the unwavering dedication of our team of talented employees and regularly hosts events that support recognition of a job well done. To further unify our team, ConServe holds special annual events including luncheons, an annual summer picnic, cookouts, a fall golf tournament, and holiday events for all employees.
