If anytime our employees have questions, they can easily refer to the “Handbook” or ask their Manager. We are happy to be able to offer our employees multiple bonus opportunities, including profit-sharing bonus, annual discretionary bonus, monthly performance-based bonus, and employee referral bonus programs. Bonus eligibility is based upon an employee’s position with ConServe. In positions that have monthly goals, Management will communicate the bonus structure to eligible employees as well as communicate regularly regarding performance metrics to ensure bonuses are paid appropriately.
