Pros
Concentra is a place where you want to grow your career. It's not a "fast track" to management, but its a great place to gain amazing experience in a great industry. If you are looking at the long term goals, this is a great company to do that with. My experience so far has been a great one! I have built great relationships with colleagues in all different departments and there is a total sense of teamwork across the board. Everyone that is there seems to have the same attitude - to make sure that they are doing the best job they can so the patient can have the ultimate experience in the clinics. People who don't have that mind set usually don't stay around very long.
Cons
There were some big changes over the last year. I would say for a company that just went through a very fast integration, all of the cons seem to not be tied to that and they seem to be settling down.
