Pros

Good place to learn the ins and out of corporate red tape, how to relate to ineffective middle management, and how to deal with unrealistic corporate metrics and staffing models.

Cons

No room for advancement, unless you are a yes man and subscribe 100% to the company philosophy. Terrible staffing models that do not work, causing chronic short staffed Centers. Colleague burn out is high and upper management is either oblivious or truly does not care.

Pros

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

Cons

No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
