      Pros

      Very good job compared to others seeing that we didn't do much except answer phones check in customers and organize a little bit

      Cons

      Managers are a little rude and it sometimes gets very fast paced and overwhelming with they expect you to handle by your 2nd week

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
