      Pros

      There are always positions available and you can leave and come back. Some centers are new. If you have no experience you can get hired easily

      Cons

      Management is focused only on meeting a number and not at all on how they treat their employees. They talk about it some but that is only if the profits are above their budget

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
