      Pros

      Unique cases and several acute injuries. Collaboration with physicians and PAs to provide the best care for the patient.

      Cons

      Understaffed and over worked therapists. Therapist are expected to see 15-20 patients a day and that does not include the Human performance evaluations.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
