      Pros

      I don't have anything positive to say about my time at concentra except for I enjoyed most of the support staff.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what they are doing. Too many unnecessary changes. All about quantity of patients seen, not quality. Stressful environment for relatively low pay.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
