      Other than management, majority of employees dedicated to pt care

      Cons

      poor communication, lack of support and professionalism from management, within rehab of Colorado branch. company is more focused on productivity than quality care; therapists are often forced into assembly line treatment.

      Management prioritizes unrealistic production metrics over the quality of patient care and employee well-being. The caseload is incredibly high, often forcing you to handle over a hundred workers' compensation cases simultaneously. This volume is made worse by constant IT system lags and an inadequate network of orthopedic doctors, leaving you stuck between frustrated patients and unhelpful insurance adjusters. Management offers very little support, relying on micromanagement to hit numbers rather than addressing the root causes of burnout. The compensation is also too low for the immense level of stress and volume required.
