Pros

Support that I receive from my peers. My team works hard to try to achieve the company & clinic goals.

Cons

Upper level management is incompetent to be an effective leader for the market. Lack of holding clinicians accountable for meeting company goals & unacceptable behavior as other employees would be. Unfair hiring practices & pay from upper management.

Pros

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

Cons

No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
