      Good team members on my team Pay ok

      Cons

      Management is stuck in their way of doing things; very inflexible with change Lots of politics to work around Lots of distrust between different departments Health benefits are awful (especially when you considered Concentra is owned by Humana!)

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
