      Pros

      Concentra is a great place to work! I started off PRN as a Medical Assistant and was able to put my training to work. I was performing blood draws, injections, EKGs and etc. Fast pace clinic which makes time fly by. Lots of leadership opportunity. I was the Preceptor, Designated Medical Assistant, Lead MA and promoted to Assistant Center Operations Director. I love my job with Concentra!

      My hours would be the only cons. Otherwise nothing.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
