      Pros

      Okay benefits , meet a lot of nice people , learn new things , gain Urgent Care experience , learn DOT regulations

      Cons

      Unorganized company that wants you to do a lot of work but don’t offer any raises or bonuses. Management only care about numbers. Hate that a healthcare company is worried about how long a patient is in the clinic to get treated than they are about if they patient actually received good service or the right amount of attention they needed.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
